2017 was a pretty good year for me with SU! I added 3 new demonstrators to my team, I had my 20 year anniversary with SU! and in the last quarter, I finally achieved Silver status. One of my goals for 2018 is to advance to Silver Elite!

And I happy to say that 2018 is starting out with a BANG! I signed up another new demonstrator when SAB kicked off, Woo Hoo!! This really totally blows me away because in my mind, I don’t actively recruit. I don’t hold Opportunity nights or hand out brochures. And when other demonstrators ask me what my magic formula is, I’m stumped for an answer. All I can think of is that I just share my joy of stamping and all things SU! And I genuinely love doing it. If I can’t make it fun, I don’t want to do it!! 
It really is kind of hard to believe that I’ve been a demonstrator since 1997. After attending my first workshop I was hooked. I had a small assortment of stamps and inks already so I wasn’t completely new to the stamping world. But after that workshop I started thinking, you know, this might be something I could get in to that would help increase my stash (at a discount!) and allow me to teach others how to make pretty cards. So, I signed on in Oct. of 1997. And I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I attended my first convention in 1998, it was SU!’s 10 year anniversary in San Diego and I was blown away. I’ve attended many conventions and On Stage events since then. And while each one has been fun and informative, the most important take away for me was the wonderful people I’ve met. And many are dear friends to this day! That is something that I will never lose, no matter where my path takes me. It’s priceless!
I enjoy stamping and creating with the awesome products that SU!’s design team comes up with, and my goal is to share this opportunity with as many people as I can. SU! has changed so much in the 20 years that I’ve been a demonstrator. They know what they are doing and where they are going, in my opinion. I’m excited to see what lies ahead!
